Some items are shipped directly from our designers, who use their own packaging and courier. As a result of this, shipping prices can vary and items may arrive separately when ordered from different brands within one order.
When you have ordered from multiple brands within one order and also see the following text on an item’s product page: "This item will be shipped separately, click here to find out more,” then you can expect your order items to arrive separately and this may result in slightly higher shipping costs at checkout.
For UK customers, we offer £5 shipping on all individual items and most combined orders.
* Must be ordered before 11am to arrive next day (excluding Sundays). Doesn't apply to Marketplace items.
For all international customers we have partnered with EasyShip to give transparent prices on delivery. EasyShip allow you to select your own courier at checkout and offers the cheapest service, fastest service or best value service available at that current time from various couriers.
Taxes & Duties
We currently offer tracked international services DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), therefore you are responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred upon receiving your order outside of the UK. Aspect Online does not take responsibility for any customs fees or charges for International orders. These customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

VAT Deduction - International Customers
We offer VAT deduction on select items for non-UK customers.
Therefore, if you see the text: "This item is VAT deductible for non-UK customers. Get in touch via Live Chat and we can remove the 20% VAT for you at checkout," then you can contact us on Live Chat and we will remove the UK VAT (20%) for you, meaning you get nearly 20% off the product price.
Made-to-Order (MTO) items have longer delivery times than Archival & New Season items. The MTO delivery times vary by brand partner, so please check the relevant product descriptions before placing your order.
We sincerely hope you are happy with your order. However, if there is anything you are not satisfied with then please feel free to return the relevant items back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to provide a Royal Mail returns label to you, however the cost of this will be deducted from your refund.
- Email our customer services team at email@example.com, referencing your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel (including order number) and reason for return.
- Our Customer Services team will respond by attaching a Royal Mail postage label, which you can then print and attach to your parcel, dropping it off at your local Royal Mail Post Office.
- Upon receipt of the returned items, Aspect Online will process your refund but please do allow up to 14 business days for the money to appear in your bank account.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of Made-to-Order items, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the Made-to-Order pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
Please note that pierced earrings (including earring pendants) and face masks are non-refundable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
